Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage appointment. For your comfort, we recommend wearing loose fitting clothes. Upon arrival you will be shown to our tranquility spa waiting area by one of our front desk professionals and offered your choice of complimentary beverages. For your comfort, you will also be given an opportunity to change into one of Sanctuary’s beautiful robes and slippers. Lockers are provided so that you may safely and securely store your personal belongings. Once you are changed, you will also be asked to fill out a personal history form which will give your therapist some basic health information regarding any medical conditions you may be experiencing. Feel free to speak with your therapist regarding any specific preferences or goals you may have regarding your massage prior to your treatment. You will also have the opportunity to upgrade your service/s at this time.
