Pareen’s vision was to open a salon that would provide a retreat for clients to relax and rejuvenate and a place where they will be pampered beyond their expectations. A master stylist, Master Threader, Schwarzkopf color specialist, Medical Esthetician, Electrologist and Laser
Specialist, Pareen has worked, trained and lived in India, East Africa, London England, Canada. She has lived in the United States since 1993.
Throughout her career she has continued to “re-invent” herself through education by attending classes in Europe, India, Canada and the US.
Her creativity and individuality is evident in her unprecedented ability to create unique styles with color, highlights, cutting edge haircuts, medical skin care and eyebrow designing. Pareen and her highly trained professionals at Sanctuary Salon & Med Spa are ready to amaze you.
Juan
Master Stylist & Color Expert
With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry and professional training from the Nobel Institute of Miami, Juan combines artistry, precision, and passion in everything he does. Exceedingly skilled in men’s haircuts—from classic looks to modern trends—he is also renowned for his beautiful cuts, color transformations, highlights, balayage, and expert color correction. Juan’s favorite part of every day at Sanctuary is watching his clients transform into happier, more confident versions of themselves.
When he’s not behind the chair, Juan is a true world traveler who has explored destinations across the globe. He loves staying active, enjoys sports, and is an excellent dancer. His adventurous spirit and creative energy inspire his craft, making every appointment with him both uplifting and transformative.

Master Stylist & Texture Specialist
With over 32 years of experience, Brenda brings her passion for hair and her vibrant Puerto Rican spirit to every client she touches. Meticulous and creative, she’s an exceptional colorist and a true expert in perms and keratin treatments.
